Roof Helpline is a free introduction service. When you send us an enquiry, we pass it to up to three local roofing companies, who may contact you with quotes. There is no obligation to accept any quote.

Any agreement for roofing work is made directly between you and the roofing company you choose. That company is responsible for its quote, its work, its guarantees and its insurance. We are not a party to that agreement and are not responsible for the work carried out.

We aim to work with reputable roofing companies, but before you agree to any work you should check that the company is right for you — for example its insurance, references, written quote and guarantee.

Our advice guides, cost guides and directory are for general information only. Costs shown are illustrative ranges, not quotes. Every roof is different, so always get advice from a qualified roofer about your own property. We try to keep everything accurate and up to date but cannot guarantee it.

You must not misuse this website, for example by sending false enquiries, trying to gain unauthorised access, or copying our content for commercial use without permission. All content on this website belongs to us or our licensors.

We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or from work carried out by a roofing company you choose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights as a consumer.
